These terms apply when you visit babytrivia.com or buy from Baby Trivia ("we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pre-orders

Baby Trivia is currently sold as a pre-order. When you place a pre-order, your payment is collected at checkout and your order is scheduled to ship in fall 2026. If we can't ship in that window, we'll notify you and refund you in full, as described in our refund policy.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or there's an error in the price or product listing. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Shipping

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, and U.S. shipping is included in the price. See our shipping policy.

Baby Trivia is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the game or on this site is medical advice or a substitute for advice from a doctor, midwife, or pediatrician. When in doubt, ask your healthcare provider.

Our content

The Baby Trivia name, logo, card content, artwork, and site content belong to Baby Trivia and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without our written permission.

Product information

We try to describe and show the game accurately. Final packaging and card designs may differ slightly from images shown before launch.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baby Trivia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
