Pre-orders

Baby Trivia is currently sold as a pre-order. Your payment is collected when you place your order, and pre-orders are scheduled to ship in fall 2026.

If for any reason we can't ship your order in fall 2026, we'll let you know by email and refund you in full.

Cancelling a pre-order

Changed your mind before your order ships? Contact us with your order number and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your game arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Other returns

If you're unhappy with your order for any other reason, get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we issue a refund, it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post it.
